When you assume concerning consumption time at the seashore there are many places that may come to mind. California and Florida are popular seashore destinations in the United States. Texas, South Carolina, and Virginia also have beaches that are popular amid travelers. In this piece of writing we are going to go over some of the beaches in Chicago. Yes. I said Chicago. Chicago beaches line Lake Michigan and bid a wide choice of options for swimmers, athletes, and sunbathers.
Oak Street Beach continues to be one of the more popular beaches in Chicago. There is usually fully a army here. The main benefit this seashore offers tourists is that it is within walking distance from down town. There is also ample parking the length of Lake Shore Drive with a walking aqueduct that will take you right to this beach.
Montrose Beach is a little farther from business district but offers a nice area of sand and less of a army if you frequent on the right day. There is, also, a lot of parking nearby.
Fullerton Beach is located across from the Lincoln Park Zoo and can be a quieter seashore chance as of this. You will find many families here. This is a sandy seashore and is usually less crammed if you walk further down from the vendors.
North Avenue Beach offers a almighty look at the city of Chicago as of its beaked shoreline. This is the seashore to go to if you want to meet people. Sand volleyball is all over and there is a seashore house here.
Ohio Street Beach is located next to Navy Pier and isn’t fully as popular as the added beaches but this can be an benefit for some travelers. The pier offers food and restrooms.
When planning a vacation to a seashore don’t discount the beaches of Chicago. Lake Michigan can be a beautiful site to see.
